Airbrush the sky blue.
Airbrush the grass green.
Place the mouse pad in the plastic carrier and then place the pad on the cake.
Using pink and yellow icing pipe the stars.
Pipe the twinkle on the stars with white frosting.
Pipe the borders in pink icing.
When piping the border, do not let the piping touch the mouse pad.
