Decorating instuctions:
1. Bake and ice your favorite cake with white icing.
2. Airbrush light and dark royal blue streaks on the whole cake.
3. Using tip #32, pipe red shell border on just the bottom of cake.
4. Using a wooding skewer, create streak marks across the whole cake.
5. Using tip #4, pipe Neon Green streaks across the whole cake.
6. Using tip #4, pipe White asteriods across the whole cake.
7. Place Fantastic Four Car on cake, and add cake pick.
8. Pipe inscription.
